- Sarjana

Ms. Ati Apartment at Salemba Residence Apartments

This is our latest residential interior project. Its quite small for an apartment unit, with two bedrooms and a bigroom where pantry, living and dining mixed in one place. Our client is a single woman that live with her sister.

The main challenge from this project is to create spacious feeling in a small unit apartment. To achieve that, we use a lot of mirror to create visual perception that the room is bigger than in the reality. Other tricks that we use is to make almost all of the

Furniture fly out and not stand on the floor. And then we use bright color to make the room felt bigger.

At the surface of the mirror wall, we put shelf for books and ornaments and a small cabinet to put shoes and sandals.

We use the same approach for the master bed room. And the result is a small and compact apartment but have spacious room for daily use.

We complete the project in 2 months, while the design process take 3 weeks time.

Good for personal use or investment, Sharon Grand Residence is the best choice for individuals who seek the best combination of price, location, quality.

Grand Sharon offers a wide range of house unit, from a unit of total area 70 m2 to 200 m2. Right now they expanding to build a new type of housing and also a commercial area for Ruko (Rumah Toko – Small Office Home Office).

IA is appointed to design the most expensive and luxurious house type with the biggest land area, almost 400 m2 ; and the Small Office – Home Office type and the Ruko Type.

This is the design for Ruko Type.

The Client want a modern look, clean yet simple facade. We play with material and colour, using Aluminium as windows frame and also for the wall facade.

Prambors Concept Store

Prambors Radio is one of the oldest radio in Jakarta. For almost 40 years they airing and become a friends for many generations. In 2010 they relocated their office and start a new and fresh clothing division. In this new building, they decide to open a clothing store that sale not only their label, but also many famous clothing label in Jakarta.

We propose the design, after a few changes they like the proposal and we win the projects, to design and build their store.

The basic idea for the design is a clothing store with hip and dynamic atmosphere that still give a strong prambors brand.

The construction is almost finish, and they plan to open for bussiness in the end of July.

Apartment Interior @ Permata Hijau Apartment

This is our first interior project that using a modern glamour style, combining a classic shape furniture and a modern materials. Usually we use minimalism approach for our projects, but because the request from the client, we try something new for us.

Our client is a successful businessman who have a modern and up to date lifestyle. So we try to adapt his passion and lifestyle into design.

The apartment unit is a penthouse and located at an elite residential area in South Jakarta. The total area for this unit is almost 150 sqm, and we design almost all of the area that consist 1 Main Bedroom, 1 Bedroom, Living Room and Dining Room.

Suryadharma House

Located in a housing area in Buah Batu Bandung, this residence is trying to express the vibrant, dynamic and yet ’cool’ character of the owner. The owner is a young and successful bussiness man who owns a famous local fashion brand.

The site is only 160 m2, not too big compared to the neighbors around the site and the shape is nearly square. It make us difficult in the beginning to arrange the layout, especially the shape of the site is near square. Other fact: the site is in the corner of the road. So we have to sacrifice 2 side of the site for greenery according to local law, we cannot build a permanent structure at that greenery and that challenge us to effectively arrange the lay out to fit the owner needs.

The main idea is to create a box which we articulated according to the spatial function inside. The main volume is the master bed room and the living room. We put the main entrance in the corner as a respond to the corner of the site. We put service area in the back area of the site to hide it from public.

The construction is still in progress and expected time to finish is in the middle of April 2010. Click here for more images.

Insight Unlimited Shop – Grand Indonesia

Insight Unlimited Shop adalah proyek IA kedua yang berada di kompleks Grand Indonesia Shoping Town, di mana yang pertama adalah proyek Toko Optik Seis.

Proyek ini adalah proyek disain, di mana IA terlibat di dalam gagasan awal, pengembangan gagasan dan detailing. Tokonya sendiri merupakan toko kaset, cd, buku dan apparel dari Insight Unlimited yang juga adalah toko pertama dari Insight.

Dalam pelaksanaanya, beberapa detail disain terpaksa diubah karena design wise, demi keefektifan penjualan. Namun gagasan awal untuk menciptakan sebuah toko yang bernuanasa modern, dinamis namun cozy tetap dipertahankan.

Proses perencanaan relatif singkat, 2 – 3 minggu, di mana proses pelaksanaan juga berlangsung singkat. Untuk melihat gambar perspektif dan foto yang sudah terbangun klik di sini.

DVD and Rack Display for Insight Unlimited

Insight Unlimited adalah sebuah recording company dan publisher yang menerbitkan beberapa buku, kaset dan dvd album-album rohani Kristen di Indonesia. Beberapa artis Kristen yang bernaung di bawah label ini adalah GMB, Sidney Mohede, True Worshipers dan Sari Simorangkir.

Sejalan dengan bisnisnya yang berkembang, mereka membutuhkan beberapa display yang customize dan mobile untuk dibawa di event-event tertentu.

IA mengusulkan beberapa disain display yang sanggup diubah, dibongkar dan disusun sesuai dengan kebutuhan tersebut. Semua didisain dengan cermat bukan hanya untuk memudahkan di dalam pemasangan, namun juga di saat mobilisasi dari satu tempat ke tempat lain.
